Lead the development of new processes and scale up activities for new product lines
Lead the technical transfer from process development to operations and help troubleshoot and assist with operations as required
Taking ownership for the development and commercialization of new and enhancement of existing products that meet regulatory, quality, operational, sales, marketing, and financial expectations.
Collaborate with innovation and finance team to help develop costings of process equipment and assist in business case development.
Assist Supply Chain / Operations Services teams with process improvement activities and new process / product introductions.
Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures.
