Chris Pantelides awarded the 2008 Trailblazer Award

The Utah Transportation Research Advisory Council (UTRAC) awarded Chris Pantelides, a professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering, the 2008 Trailblazer Award for his work in promoting fiber reinforced composite materials in strengthening and seismic rehabilitation of bridges.
