Fundamentals of Engineering Exam

About the FE Exam

The Fundamentals of Engineering Exam is a comprehensive, 8-hour exam which is the first step in becoming licensed as a Professional Engineer. Registration, Dates and Deadlines

The FE Exam is administered twice a year, in April and October. Deadlines for registration are usually in February and August, respectively. FE Exam Review Lecture Series

The Dean's Office has organized a semesterly lecture series to help students prepare for this exam. The lectures are given by faculty and instructors in the College of Engineering, and are generally held on Friday afternoons and the occasional Wednesday afternoon beginning approximately 7 weeks prior to the FE Exam date. October 09, 2009 3:30 pm:  "Chemistry" given by Dr. Kevin Whitty in WEB 2230

October 21, 2009 3:30 pm *Wednesday*: "Hydraulics & Fluid Dynamics" given by Dr. Steve Burian in WEB 2230

October 23, 2009 3:30 pm: "Statics" given by Dr. Torch Elliott in WEB 2230

Note: All review sessions will be in WEB 2230 on Friday and select Wednesday afternoons at 3:30pm unless specified otherwise.
